Ploche Central are arguably the strongest team in the second division, though last
year ended the year in fifth position. This year, using additional monies, they have
invested in some new and talented players, picking them from the local non-UFA level
competitions, and priming them for the big leagues: it has paid dividends.
Eighth wealthiest club in the UFA, and sixth most popular (by membership), Ploche
Central draw their fans mostly from the eastern suburbs of the country's capital,
Utan Krysaror, which are generally wealthier. Dockworkers, bosses, manufacturing
workers, the club's supports are diverse, and strongly support the club which is
currently at the top of the second division table.
